This integration allows debtors to make online payments quickly, safely, and securely. Furthermore, payments made through Payclix are directly posted to your Casetrackerlaw system, ensuring smooth and efficient financial transactions.  

Claim Information Display Settings: Optimize & Customize

Casetrackerlaw offers a streamlined approach to displaying claim information, with debt, debtor, and financial details organized into three distinct boxes for easy viewing. This setup helps ensure that crucial information is readily accessible while unnecessary data can be hidden to improve screen readability. Customizing Display Settings To tailor the information displayed, navigate to Settings and select Claim Information Display Settings. Here, the claim information display editor lets you choose which details are shown to users. These settings are global, meaning all users will see the same selected options. Simply click to toggle options on or off as needed. Information Display Boxes Debtor Info, Debt Info, and Financial Info: These boxes appear when a claim is in collections. Co-Debtor Info: If a claim includes a co-debtor, an additional box for co-debtor information will appear next to the Debtor Info box. Litigation Info: When a judgment is recorded...

Setting Up In-House Users

  Staff, System Settings & Navigation Bar Settings Super Admin (Sadmin) has capabilities above all other users and is the only user who can access “Staff.” Super Admin controls what other in-house users can access, from claim tabs to reports. Limits can be set for each user. 1. Click Settings , then Click Staff . Here, you create in-house users (Sadmin, Admins, Collectors & Sales) and customize their access and limits. The Username and Password, user email address, staff name, user status, and phone number are set up here. The email, phone, and commission fields are all optional and don’t need to be filled in.   The yes/no questions below must be set for each in-house user. Forwarding A Claim

  Short Version: Select the Claim : Choose the claim you want to forward. Forwarding Tab : Click the blue tab labeled "Forwarding." Forwarding Instructions : Select the forwarding instructions for the attorney. Unbonded or Bonded : Click the "Unbonded" or "Bonded" link to forward the claim. The attorney will receive an email with a website link, user ID, and password to access the attorney portal. There, the attorney can review the claim and any attached documentation and decide whether to accept or reject it. Long Version: Administration/Agency Side: Manage Attorneys : Ensure the attorney has working zip codes entered under "Manage Attorneys". The debtor zip code determines what attorneys will be displayed. Forward a Claim : View the claim. Click the blue tab labeled "Forwarding." Click the red link labeled "Forward." Unarchiving Claims in Casetrackerlaw

  Casetrackerlaw.com provides a seamless process for unarchiving claims, ensuring efficient management of creditors and archived information. Follow these steps to unarchive claims: Log In: Access the Casetrackerlaw.com platform by logging in with your credentials. Navigate to Claims Management: From the main dashboard, locate and select the "Manage Creditors" option. Access Claims List: Once in the creditor management section, find and click on the option to "View Claims List." View Archived Claims: Within the Claims List, look for the "View Archived" button. Click on it to access the list of archived claims. Select Claims to Unarchive: Review the archived claims and identify the ones you wish to unarchive.
