Claim Information Display Settings: Optimize & Customize

Casetrackerlaw offers a streamlined approach to displaying claim information, with debt, debtor, and financial details organized into three distinct boxes for easy viewing. This setup helps ensure that crucial information is readily accessible while unnecessary data can be hidden to improve screen readability.

Customizing Display Settings

To tailor the information displayed, navigate to Settings and select Claim Information Display Settings. Here, the claim information display editor lets you choose which details are shown to users. These settings are global, meaning all users will see the same selected options. Simply click to toggle options on or off as needed.

Information Display Boxes

  • Debtor Info, Debt Info, and Financial Info: These boxes appear when a claim is in collections.
  • Co-Debtor Info: If a claim includes a co-debtor, an additional box for co-debtor information will appear next to the Debtor Info box.
  • Litigation Info: When a judgment is recorded on a claim, the Financial Info box changes to Pre-Litigation Info, adding a new Litigation Info box.
  • Settlement Info: If there is a settlement, an additional box will appear with the relevant settlement details.

Each of these sections can be fully customized to display only the information pertinent to your workflow, making your interface clean and efficient.
