Bonding Report: Insuring Your Claims
CasetrackerLaw’s policy is that every claim that is forwarded to an attorney should be Bonded. Under Manage Attorneys, Casetrackerlaw provides 6 organizations ( National List , Columbia List , General Bar , Forwarders List , ALQ List and eDebtNetWork List ) that will bond your claim/s before sending it to any attorney for collections. Bonding a claim is the same as insuring it. “The required bonds are a type of insurance agreement which guarantees reimbursement to the union for any financial losses caused by fraudulent or dishonest acts by officers or employees, such as theft, embezzlement, or forgery.
