Introducing the Enhanced “Misc Info” Blue Tab

At Casetrackerlaw, we are committed to providing you with features that simplify your workflow and make debt collection more manageable. From creating automatic claim ID numbers to generating bulk debtor letters, our system offers numerous tools to streamline your processes.

One of these features is the "Misc Info" blue tab. Found in every system, this tab allows you to enter and store additional information for which there may not be dedicated fields. For example, the "Debtor Info" tab provides four phone number fields, which can be linked to online dialer services like "Ring Central."  This field is also a mergeable field when importing new claims.

But what if you need to store more phone numbers?

We’re excited to introduce a new enhancement to the Misc Info tab. It can now accept additional phone numbers, which become clickable "hot links" once saved. These numbers, displayed in red, will appear beneath the hard-text numbers already in the field. Simply click the hot-linked number to make a call directly via an online dialer.

This small update aims to improve your efficiency and make accessing critical contact information even easier.
