Finding A Process Server

Let Casetrackerlaw give you a hand.

First and foremost, what is a process server?  A process server is an individual with a pivotal role in legal proceedings. They are tasked with delivering crucial legal documents, such as summons, complaints, subpoenas, writs, or court orders, to parties involved in a legal proceeding. Their role is not just important, it's crucial, as they ensure that all parties are appropriately notified of legal actions being taken against them or requiring their presence in court. Process servers typically deliver these documents in person to the intended recipient, known as 'serving' the documents, and provide proof of service to the court to confirm that the documents were delivered. This proof of service is not just a formality, it's essential for the legal process to proceed effectively.

Casetrackerlaw offers a helpful tool called "Search Process Servers," accessible through the Manage Attorneys link. With this feature, users can easily find a process server by entering a name, firm name, or zip code. For instance, by inputting a zip code, the system will list all process servers within that area, along with their city of operation and the distance from the debtor's location."  See the below illustration.
